1. About Éléganza

eleganzabyar.com is owned and operated by ELEGANZA BY AR (PRIVATE) LIMITED (“Éléganza”, “we”, “us”, “our”), based in Islamabad, Pakistan. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to the terms below.

2. Products & Pricing

• Éléganza sells Eastern and Western-style maxi dresses and shirts, positioned as premium boutique pieces priced between PKR 25,000 and PKR 50,000.
• Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice; the price shown at checkout is the price charged.
• We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but slight variation between screen and finished garment is normal, especially for hand-finished pieces.
• Stock is limited by design — pieces are released in small atelier runs and may sell out.

3. Orders & Payment

At checkout, the following payment methods are accepted:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Bank Transfer
• Card payment

An order is confirmed once payment is received (or, for COD, once the order is placed and confirmed by our team). We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors — and will notify you if this happens.

4. Custom Sizing

Where a piece is ordered in a custom size, the customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements. Custom-sized pieces are made specifically to those measurements and are final sale (see our Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policy). Full guidance is available on our Custom Sizing & How to Order page.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Pakistan only. Shipping rates, free-shipping thresholds, and delivery timelines are set out in full in our Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Our exchange terms for in-stock pieces, and the final-sale terms for custom pieces, are set out in our Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on eleganzabyar.com — including the Éléganza name, logo, photography, and written content — is the property of ELEGANZA BY AR (PRIVATE) LIMITED and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Éléganza is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this website or our products, delays caused by couriers or events outside our control, or minor variation between product photography and the finished garment. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under Pakistani consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
