Custom Sizing & How to Order
1. When to Choose Custom Sizing
Every Éléganza piece can be ordered in a standard size (XS–XL — see our Size Guide for the full chart) or Custom Size. Choose Custom Size if:
- Your measurements fall between standard sizes or outside our Size Guide chart.
- You want a piece made to fit your exact body measurements.
- You're ordering for a specific event and want a precise fit.
2. How the Custom Order Process Works
- Step 1 — Choose your style: Select the dress or shirt you'd like, and choose "Custom Size" instead of a standard size on the product page.
- Step 2 — Share your measurements: After placing your order, our team will contact you on WhatsApp or email to collect your bust, waist, hip, and length measurements (see our Size Guide for how to measure yourself accurately).
- Step 3 — Confirmation: We confirm your measurements back to you before production begins, so you can double-check everything is correct.
- Step 4 — Production: Your piece is cut and finished specifically to your measurements.
- Step 5 — Delivery: Your custom piece is packed and shipped, arriving within 10–14 working days of order confirmation.
3. What We Need From You
- Bust, waist, and hip measurements in inches.
- Preferred length (or your height, if you'd like our team to recommend a length).
- Any specific fit notes — for example, a looser or more fitted waist.
4. Timeline
Custom pieces take 10–14 working days from the point your measurements are confirmed, longer than our 5–7 day timeline for in-stock pieces, because each custom piece is individually cut and finished. If you need a piece by a specific date, let us know when ordering and we'll confirm if it's achievable.
5. Final Sale Policy
Because custom-sized pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be resold, they are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of a defect or an error on our part.
