Size Guide
1. How to Measure Yourself
For the most accurate fit, measure over light clothing using a soft measuring tape, and keep the tape snug but not tight.
- Bust / Chest: measure around the fullest part of the bust while wearing a comfortable bra, keeping the tape level across the back.
- Natural Waist: measure around the narrowest point of the waistline, typically 1–2 inches above the belly button.
- Full Hips: stand with feet together and measure horizontally around the widest part of the hips and seat.
- Shoulder Width: measure across the upper back from the tip of one shoulder bone straight to the other.
- Armhole Depth: measure comfortably around the shoulder joint, over the top of the shoulder bone and down into the armpit.
- Sleeve Length: measure from the shoulder bone down over a slightly bent elbow to the wrist bone.
- Maxi / Dress Length: measure vertically from the High Point Shoulder (HSP) over the bust straight to the floor, including your planned heel height.
If your measurements fall between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed, breathable fit, or choosing Custom Size for an exact fit.
2. Standard Size Chart
All measurements are in inches and reflect body measurements, not garment measurements. Individual styles may fit slightly differently depending on fabric and cut.

All measurements in inches. Swipe to see the full table on smaller screens. Standard side seam allowance of 1.5–2.0 inches is built into every ready-to-wear piece to allow easy alterations, and heel height is included in the Maxi / Dress Length figures.
3. Fit & Fabric Guidance
- Seam allowances: every ready-to-wear Éléganza silhouette includes an internal 1.5–2.0 inch margin along the side seams, so small alterations can be made after delivery.
- Non-stretch luxury fabrics: for structured, non-stretch materials such as jet black silk, crinkle chiffon, and organza, choose the upper end of your measurement range for a comfortable drape and ease of movement.
4. Custom Size Option
Every Éléganza piece is also available in Custom Size. If your measurements fall outside the standard chart, or you simply want a made-to-your-body fit, select Custom Size on the product page and follow the steps on our Custom Sizing / How to Order page. Custom-sized pieces take 10–14 working days and are final sale.
