Where do you ship?
Currently within Pakistan only.
How much is shipping?
PKR 500 flat rate. Orders of 2 or more dresses ship free.
How long does delivery take?
5–7 working days for in-stock (S/M/L) pieces, and 10–14 working days for custom-sized pieces.
Sizing
What sizes do you offer?
Standard sizes XS through XL, plus a Custom Size option for an exact fit. See our Size Guide for the full measurement chart.
What if I'm between sizes?
We generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit, or choosing Custom Size for a precise fit. You're welcome to message us your measurements on WhatsApp for a recommendation.
How does custom sizing work?
Select Custom Size on the product page, and our team will contact you to confirm your measurements before production begins. See our Custom Sizing & How to Order page for the full process.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a dress?
In-stock (S/M/L) pieces can be exchanged for store credit within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn with tags attached. We don't offer cash refunds. Full details are in our Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policy.
Can I return a custom-sized piece?
Custom-sized pieces are made specifically to your measurements and are final sale, except in the case of a defect or an error on our part.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 5 days with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement, repair, or store credit — this applies even to custom pieces.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, and Card payment.
Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere in Pakistan?
COD is available across the areas our courier partners cover. If COD isn't available for your area at checkout, Bank Transfer or Card payment will be.
Product & Ordering
What's the price range?
Éléganza pieces are priced between PKR 25,000 and PKR 50,000, reflecting hand-finished, limited-run production.
Do you restock sold-out pieces?
Pieces are released in small atelier runs and may not be restocked once sold out. Join our waitlist to be notified of new releases.
